APW - Hamilton, Grade 950 with original box, 23J, 16S, 14K gold OF original Hamilton case, initials to rear, gold cuvette with signature ring, white enamel DS dial, SW-SS, fully capped lever escapement, jeweled barrel arbor, raised gold jewel settings, gold train, striped pattern nickel damascene, s#1152295. Gross weight of assembled watch 60.0 dwt (93.3 g). Comes with its original Hamilton box containing certificate with correctly matched movement and case serial numbers. Total production of the pendant-set Grade 950 was 4400 made. From the Estate of Michael "Skip" Marrone.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, few scattered extremely minuscule specks of oxide to winding wheels and regulator assembly, scattered mild micro-fine scratches to plates; dial has one short fine scratch near 1; excellent hands; case shows little wear, some scratches to cuvette from slipped openings, no dents or dings, excellent engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows light wear; good glass crystal; box in fine-plus cosmetic condition, scratches and scuffs throughout, latch closes too tightly making it difficult to open as it requires some pushing forward on upper lid.
